Morning tea with Asbestos Disease Support Society social worker

A social worker of the Asbestos Disease Support Society will be in Darwin on Wednesday 9 October to discuss relevant information on asbestos.

Inhalation of asbestos can cause mesothelioma, a cancer of the lining around the lungs. Asbestos has also been linked to lung cancer and asbestosis, which causes scarring of the lungs, shortness of breath and coughing.

Natalie Barber is inviting everyone to a morning tea with her and a few ADSS members. The event will be held at The Coffee Club, in the Gateway Shopping Centre, Yarrawonga NT at 10am.

For details, contact Natalie at 1800 776 412 or via email.
